Woman’s hilarious revenge on neighbour who keeps her up ‘all night’

If your neighbour is noisy and keeps you up all night regularly, you’ll probably reach a point where you’re riled up and wanting to get revenge on them.

Imagine trying to enjoy a cosy night in with your family then all you can hear is music and shouting through the walls. But you know at that moment in time you’re not going to get anywhere with arguing.

In the UK, persistent noise, particularly between the hours of 11pm and 7am, could be considered as anti-social behaviour. It must occur regularly and continue for a period that makes it unreasonable, so if your neighbour just has one party, it may not mean action can be taken.

According to Ellis & Co, the police don’t generally deal with complaints about noise from neighbours unless:

  • The neighbour is violent, abusive, or threatening you

  • The neighbour is harassing you, or abusing you over your sexuality, ethnicity, or religion

  • You suspect, or can prove your neighbour may be committing a crime

TikTok @dronegirl41 took to the social media platform to show the way she got her revenge after her neighbour ‘kept her up all night’.

She waited until they were “rough the next day” and decided to throw a party of her own, including loud music and shouting through the wall, deciding to “let loose”.

The woman was bouncing on the bed, and people said they found it hilarious how “into it” she was getting in order to get her “petty” revenge – but people loved it.

Many related as well, with one woman writing: “I had this with my neighbours, who kept us all up until around 5, and then I was back up with my youngest at 7. As soon as I was up I hammered all the walls and then blasted music upstairs and downstairs for hours so they couldn’t sleep.

“I almost lost it when they started shouting through the walls ‘ey we’re trying to sleep’.”

Other comments included: “We need more people like you 100%”, “I cannot cope with you”, “I’m screaming, you’re hilarious” and “Revenge is sweet”.

“Need a house on its own in the middle of nowhere”, someone suggested. Another penned: “The thought of your neighbours watching this has me crying.”

Of course, we’d recommend sorting neighbour disputes amicably, but this viral video went down a treat with viewers who may wish they could bring themselves to do the same thing.
