The founder of Wikileaks, Julian Assange, arrived in the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. commonwealth in the Pacific where he’ll appear before a federal judge to finalize his plea for conspiring to hack U.S. secrets. NBC News’ Keir Simmons reports.
