President Trump signed three executive orders enacting tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China on Saturday evening. The president imposed a 25 percent tariff on most Mexican and Canadian imports and a 10 percent tariff on Chinese imports. NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor has the details.
