Transfer news LIVE: Amorim braced for double Man Utd swoop as Newcastle deal ‘approved’ | Football | Sport

Kelechi Iheanacho has been made available by Sevilla and Express Sport understands that English clubs are on high alert.

The former Manchester City striker joined the Spanish outfit for free in July after his Leicester contract expired.

But the move has not worked out, with Iheanacho failing to register a goal or an assist in nine La Liga appearances this season.

The 28-year-old signed a two-year contract but Sevilla are already looking for a way out this winter as they search for a loan exit with an option to buy.

English clubs have made enquiries for Iheanacho, who has admirers in Greece, Turkey and the USA. Egyptian giants Al Ahly are also in the hunt.
