A first-hand look inside a U.S. Navy destroyer stationed in the Mediterranean

CBS News was taken aboard the USS Arleigh Burke in the Mediterranean Sea Friday, part of a combined 4,000-strong force of U.S. Marines and sailors deployed across the region as the U.S. continues its efforts to deter attacks from Yemen’s Houthi rebels on commercial vessels in the Red Sea.
