Grand National 2024 jockey and horse colours including every number | Racing | Sport

Over 600 million people are expected to tune into the Grand National on Saturday afternoon, with punters keen to watch the 176th edition of the most significant steeplechase in world racing. Thirty-two horses are set to take to the track at Aintree, with Corach Rambler looking to defend his crown.

Both Run Wild Fred and Chambard were expected to contest the 4m 2f chase but the duo were pulled out on the morning of the race after being found lame. With no reserves in place for the Aintree showpiece, 32 runners will therefore go to post.

Esteemed owner JP McManus has a strong hand for the race, with several horses set to don his iconic yellow and green hoops. Similarly, Gigginstown House Stud also have a handful of runners hoping to replicate the feat of Tiger Roll in their maroon silks.

Deciphering which horse is which could prove difficult for irregular racing viewers, but fear not, as Express Sport has compiled a list of all the runners, riders, cloth numbers, odds and jockey silks for the big race at 4pm…
